#1 - How quickly do orders ship?
Now that the busy season has begun in earnest, we’re working our folks around the clock to stay on top of demand. That means quick turnaround times for orders which include Print-On-Demand calendars, and even quicker ones for orders which don't. Here's the details!

ORDERS THAT INCLUDE CUSTOMIZED CALENDARS… usually take between 1-3 business days to print and ship. So order as many as you want- we’ll have them to you with a quickness!

ORDERS THAT DO NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMIZED CALENDARS… usually take between 1- 2 days to ship.
#2 - How quickly are orders delivered after shipment?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you select determines how quickly the order will arrive to your doorstep.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS:
  • Standard Shipping - Usually delivers within 5 business days of shipment.
  • UPS 3 Day Select - Delivers within 3 business days of shipment.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivers within 2 business days of shipment.
  • UPS Next Day Air - Delivers within 1 business day of shipment.

    • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS
  • International Standard - Usually delivers within 1 to 3 weeks.
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited - Delivers within 3 days of shipment. (But it ain't cheap!)
    • #3 - My order status page is blank- does that mean you didn't receive my order?
    If you recently placed an order but your order status page is currently blank, don't fret- we didn't lose your order. It just means your order has not yet left the warehouse. It will soon!
    #4 - My question isn't here? How can I contact Despair?
